EQUIPMENT FEATURES

On SL180 corrugated pipe equipment, the small-sized and mid-sized double wall corrugated pipes are produced for cable protection, water collection, vetilation system and bridge.
The corrugator is available in two differenct lengths.

Cooling mandrel is made of the aluminium alloy and has a wear resistance layer on the discharge, high cooling efficiency and longer life service life. Fast changeover time.
	CORRUGATOR Closed loop pressure water cooling system-high forming efficiency. Advanced and high-strength structural design ensures stable production. Powerful and high-automatic vacuum Fast moulds' changeover process. Equipped with water temperature control system. Touch screen technology with different languages. PCC control system.
	MOULD Made of high-quality aluminium alloy. Water-cooled moulds guarantee high cooling efficiency and high output. Water temperature control system ensures excellent pipe quality. Moulds are compatible with different corrugators. Fast changeover time.
	CUTTER Chipless cutter enable precise, noiseless and dust-free cutting Innovative trigger mechanism ensures precise cutting. Two modes: automatic and manual operation. Adopts turnable bearings, linear guide rails and dual Italian hydraulic system to acheive center symmetry and smooth operation
